Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of appearance, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate cash registers.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
