We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
