Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and upholding ALDI's standards. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environments, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
