Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
