Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies while upholding security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
