Job Description

Join Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks from merchandising to cashiering, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate with the team and management.
  • Offer feedback to enhance product quality, handle inventory, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, work both independently and in a team, and multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent education and experience considered.
