Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's proper merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleanliness standards. Enhance the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
