Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of store operational tasks efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize errors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
