Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in retail operations and familiarity with operating cash registers.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
