Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
