Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
