Job Description

As an Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work well in a team environment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and operate store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
