As a Store Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and fulfill assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
