Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and clean, while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and necessary store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
