Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and monitor inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service, operating a cash register, and handling equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
