Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
