Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized for an optimal shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
