Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience. This is a full-time position with the starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
