Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and comply with cash policies

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise, perform various physical activities, and lift up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
