Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant where you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a well-stocked and clean store, and engage customers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Efficient cashier skills and ability to operate equipment.
• Good physical condition to handle stocking and store maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
