Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
