Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
