Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
