We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow inventory procedures and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
