We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register and provide courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
