Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Store Operations Assistant to join our Aldi team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
