Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members, adhere to company policies, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
