Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting environment for shoppers.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Working Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
