Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
