Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operational skills including cash register, equipment handling, and cleaning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
