Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will be valued and appreciated.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Handle inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to guarantee a secure and efficient shopping experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
