Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your exceptional customer service skills and collaboration with team members will create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as outlined for the role following ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide stellar customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and report issues to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and execute assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience.
