Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
