Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
