Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow inventory procedures and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
