Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer transactions with efficiency
• Maintain product displays and shelves in an organized manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure store environment
• Additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
