We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
