Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. framework
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Assist customers and work with the team and store management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
