Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
