Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. consistently in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capable of meeting company cleaning and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
