Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Accurately process customer purchases
• Maintain store cleanliness and effectively merchandise products
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management according to guidelines
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
