Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
