Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
