Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and contributing to the overall store upkeep.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
