We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management to uphold ALDI's high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
