Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
