Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and that customers receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
