Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
