Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support team communication.
• Assist with inventory counts, report product feedback, and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash register efficiently, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
