Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and contribute to ensuring the store is clean, organized, and provides exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
